Thomas, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My name is Thomas Turman. I grew up in McKinney Texas just north of Dallas. I attended Texas Tech University where I graduated with a degree in Marketing & Management. I have always held a passion for Marketing, Design, Web Development, and Advertising so it became second nature when I started Turman Consulting. I started my company because I also have a passion for sharing in the growth of others. Over the years I had helped various companies expand their business strategies to grow exponentially and truly enjoyed watching them become successful. When I started Turman Consulting LLC we had only two clients. Just a few short months later we expanded to additional employees, two offices and over 16 clients. Now we are continually growing and enjoying every minute of it!
Has it been a smooth road?
God has truly blessed our company. As every business owner would tell you, of course, this journey is not one without its struggles. Especially starting out, the financial set back was significant as it takes quite a bit of funding to form the company, get things in place, and establish a place of work. Luckily, we overcame these obstacles strongly and ended up better for it. Since the formation of Turman Consulting, our biggest obstacle is keeping up with our growth. Knowing when it’s time to add more employees, how to divide the positions, etc was certainly a learned art.

Turman Consulting LLC is a multi-tier Marketing & Advertising agency and consulting firm. We handle Web Design & Development, Social Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Strategy Consulting, etc to all ranges of businesses whether small or large. We help companies get in front of those ready to find them along with actively ensuring their strategies align with their company goals for success. We bring a very personalized approach to Marketing and Advertising perfectly paired with everything custom. We design, build and strategize completely custom to every company we work with. This gives us the ability to independently build a model that drives success and exposure.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
McKinney being just one of our offices and the other in Lubbock Texas, our favorite thing about Dallas is the invigorating and vast Marketing & Advertising environment. There is limitless inspiration, community, and opportunity.
If I am having to pick something I least like, I’d probably say the traffic. Our other office being Lubbock Texas, traffic is something not really heard of.
