As with any entrepreneurial journey, launching a new business comes with its fair share of highs and lows. I’ve found that mindset is everything. I’m naturally a positive person, and I believe our experience of life is shaped by how we choose to respond to it. I begin each morning with affirmations to ground myself in that truth and set the tone for the day. In the world of aviation—where things like weather, maintenance, and countless moving parts can shift without warning—it’s easy to get caught in the chaos. But I’ve learned that staying solution-focused and grounded in the belief that you can succeed through pure grit and determination is what allows me to keep moving forward and keeps setbacks from becoming dead ends. That mindset has been a key factor in my ability to lead and grow successfully, even in the most unpredictable environments.

Watching my children grow into their own lives, and now seeing the world through the eyes of my grandchildren, fills my heart in a way that’s hard to put into words. I’ve built my business with the intention of creating both freedom and presence—so I can spend quality time with the people I love most. Having the opportunity to travel with my family, create lasting memories, and be there for the big and small moments is what truly lights me up. Success, for me, is being able to share this beautiful life I’ve worked hard to build with the ones who matter most.
