Thanks for sharing your story with us Tiffany. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started my business back in May 2015. In August 2015, I won Best Mobile Bartender for Dallas by Thumbtack! My business started to thrive. My husband at the time couldn’t handle that his wife was becoming successful so in order to save my marriage I let my business go.
Fast forward to 2018, divorced, a single mother of five, with no child support, I was struggling to make ends meet and I just wasn’t happy at my current job. I was sitting in my “mom cave” a.k.a. my laundry room taking a time out from life when my daughter came in to speak with me. She said “mom, you won best mobile bartender in 2015… I think you have what it takes to restart your business. Plus, you have me now to help you. Whatever you need to do to become successful, I have your back!!”
The next day, I pulled out my old EIN number, put myself back on social media and started to gain clientele.
We have been expanding our services and are so proud of what we’ve built in a short ten months and we don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been easy. Besides trying to get financing for inventory, we have had to build our staff to fulfill our events! Learning to trust people to work on your behalf is scary but we do it every day!
Building a relationship with the word No! I will hear 20 Nos before I get a yes, but I can’t take it personally. It’s part of business!!
We recently did a bridal show and someone reported our business. The Drink Fairy is an LLC now so we’re covered but it’s little things like that, which make it hard for a small business to thrive. The cake is big and we just want a little slice as there’s room for everybody!!

The Drink Fairy LLC provides professional bartenders and wait-staff attendants for wedding receptions, private parties, corporate events, birthdays, reunions, and any type of social event.
Our bartenders add attentive service, a professional presentation and the right kind of flair for your event. We can also bring the bar glasses, drink mixers and supplies.
Our wait staff are there to assist with set up and clean up of the venue, assist with maintaining buffet stations, drink refills, busing tables, assist with cake cutting, empty trash and to assist with any duties required by the host.
Create an experience for you and your guest with one of our specialty bars. Cotton Candy Champagne, Mimosa, and Bloody Mary Bar. Each specialty bar is served by our beautiful Drink Fairies.
All staff are well groomed, skilled, trained and are TABC and Texas Food Handler certified.

We are most proud of putting out a great product, giving five-star service and being able to carry out our customer’s visions makes us proud. Anyone can serve your event but we make it an experience!

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Our plans out to just grow our team, get creative with our specialty bars and eventually have our own venue. We’d like to be a full party planning service!
We’re always open and ready to try new things!! So, if our customers have suggestions, I like to see what I can do with it!!
Pricing:
- Bartending starts at $200- 6hrs of service – 4ht serving time 2 hrs for set up & clean up
- Wait staff – $150 for set up & clean up plus $25/hr per staff member.
- Specialty Bars start at $200 but we can modify your bar to your event so call for proper pricing!
