Meet Tiffany Robertson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Robertson.

Hi Tiffany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory
My name is Tiffany Robertson, originally born and raised in Kansas City, KS. I later moved to Dallas, TX in 2003, after completing nursing school. I am a wife, a mother to four amazing children, and a registered nurse. My treat journey began a little over a year and a half ago when I planned my twin boy’s first birthday party. I planned the theme, purchased all the decor, and executed a pretty awesome race car birthday party. However, I knew that party planning was not my strong suit, nor did it give me the same satisfaction as actually making the treats myself.

At that moment is when I decided I wanted to make treats for all kinds of events. I began by making small orders of chocolate covered Oreos and posting them to my Facebook and Instagram pages. I later decided to post them to my neighborhood Facebook group and before I knew it, my posts were being shared amongst friends and in the local marketplace. I began creating treats for all kinds of local events. I now offer treats for all age birthdays, baby showers, wedding favors, graduations, holidays, and more. Event planners have since noticed my work and also began to reach out to me. I now offer a variety of treats from themed candy apples, chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate-covered strawberries, cake pops, homemade cheesecake and more.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Some of the challenges I’ve faced is having Covid shut down many social gatherings and events, which then decreased the number of orders I was creating for my customers. However, I overcame that obstacle by individually wrapping my treats so they could be passed out at drive by events instead. I refused to let Covid take over my new business.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My favorite treats to make are candy apples, chocolate covered Oreos, decorated chocolate covered strawberries, cake pops, Rice Krispies and cheesecake. I am most proud of my cheesecakes. They are what set me apart from the typical treat maker. They can be customized to any flavor upon request. Cheesecakes vary in size from 6” that feeds 1-2 people or 9” that generously feeds a family up to 10 people. The most common cheesecake flavors are Classic Strawberry on a graham cracker crust, Red Velvet on a Red Velvet cake crust, and Turtle on an Oreo crust.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
My treats are custom made with love with ingredients from milk, wheat, whey, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you have questions regarding allergies, please feel free to email info@frostedattiffanys.com. NOTE: Allergen-free treats are available upon request.
