Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Morgan G. Moore has traveled the world writing, speaking and training leaders. From Uganda, Africa to Brussels, Belgium to Paris, France and London, England, she has impacted business leaders globally. Professionally-trained as a Speaker, Coach, and Trainer by the #1 Leadership Development Corporation in the world, Morgan holds a John Maxwell Team Certification. She also graduated college with a degree in Leadership.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I wish I could say that the road has been simple and easy. I had always heard people say, “Trust the process.” I loved the idea of trusting the process, but when it came down to it, I quickly realized that grit and a committed work ethic had to become my best friends in order not to give up. I wanted success to come quickly, especially when I had prepared well and felt ready. I am so grateful that the journey takes time. Success all at once doesn’t build character, but steady, hard work to build something surely does. My advice for young women who are just starting their journey would be to have grace with yourself. Allow yourself to fail and make mistakes. Don’t beat yourself up. My greatest encouragement would be the failure doesn’t mean that you lost, it means you just found out another way something didn’t work!

I am a big advocate in making a positive, lasting impact that is worldwide.
