Tonya, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
We are Dallas based online cosmetics boutique, created 2015.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As we all know, starting a business is never a smooth road! 
The biggest struggle is time… there’s never enough of it!
Secondly, is building meaningful networking relationships. However, this is a key component to success. It’s important to take risks but listens to your instincts, to avoid scams.
My advice is to find something you love doing… something that motivates you over and beyond anything else, including money! The money will come, but it can’t be the motivating factor.

What do I do?… EVERYTHING (lol) As an entrepreneur, you have a vision for your brand so you do whatever’s necessary! Believe me, no two days are ever the same, but they’re always exciting. As the brainchild behind the brand, I’m constantly exploring ways to solidify our foundation, while expanding our brand’s visibility.
Our brand specializes in quality cruelty-free cosmetics that are both innovative and fun, easily taking you from work to play, every day!
Speaking of innovation, we are most recently known for our HD Mineral Loose Pigments x Liquid Transformer which was feature items in the 60TH GRAMMY AWARDS® PERFORMER AND PRESENTER GIFT BAG this year. The versatility of these products has been a tremendous hit!
As a brand, I’m most proud of the way we connect with people locally, and around the world, through our customer service and social media marketing program MAKEUP HUNTERS. This program encourages Makeup enthusiasts of all skill levels to try new things while networking and promoting positivity along the way, on social media.
I think what sets our brand apart, is the effort we make to personalize our customers’ experiences with us. We make it a point to know our MAKEUP HUNTERS by name and engage with them frequently on social media.
What’s the most important piece of advice you could give to a young woman just starting her career?
Take your time and do your research! It’s important to lay a good foundation.
