Today we’d like to introduce you to Trent Shelton.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I’m a former NFL wide receiver. I also played for Baylor University. And while at Baylor my best friend and roommate committed suicide. I never want anyone to feel like they were alone or that their life wasn’t worthy. I made a promise to my best friend that I would do something to help people. And that started with me becoming a better me.
I started RehabTime to rehab my own life. After being cut from the NFL, I battled depression. So through my life experience, I’ve been able to be a voice and to give people hope. I reach over 60 million a week through my various social media sites. I have over 7.5 million followers on Facebook alone. I’m blessed to be able to make such a huge impact worldwide. I travel to spread my message of lasting hope.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. But where I’m at today, I’m truly blessed to be at. Some of the struggles were allowing people in my life that affected my life in a negative way. My own self as far as battling depression and battling my own worth.

I specialize in self-worth. That’s what I’m most known for — helping people heal, helping people realize their worth, helping people learn how to take care of themselves, helping people break out of bondage and addictions — helping people through relationship issues, business issues and helping people spiritually, physically, emotionally.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Man with the knowledge that I have now I would’ve taken better care of myself, and I would’ve been more intentional about protecting my peace.
