Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began when I discovered two online mentors, Bob Proctor and Jim Rohn. While many in my community view working in the oil field as a success story, it often involves significant sacrifices, like missing out on loved ones and personal interests. I didn’t want to be tied to this career solely for its prestige and financial rewards, so I knew I had to make a change.
I realized that by focusing on personal growth, I could achieve more because I am capable of more. I dedicated myself to self-improvement as much as I did to my job.
By adopting a mindset of true manifestation, taking action, building resilience, and practicing discipline, I discovered that believing in oneself and visualizing success were key to accomplishments.
Through out this journey, I experienced significant personal growth and unlocked untapped potential within myself, inspiring me to continue evolving into the person I am today and aspire to be in the future.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In pursuit of perfection, one must acknowledge its non-existence!
Embarking on this new journey and lifestyle change has presented numerous challenges. The most demanding moments were at the start, grappling with new skills that often led to frustration. Cultivating an optimistic and positive mindset was tough, as it required consistent effort. However, the most formidable task for anyone can master is discipline, realizing it’s an ongoing, never-ending endeavor.
Starting my business was less challenging than anticipated; it actually unfolded smoothly due to thorough research and preparation.
Currently, my primary challenges involve scaling my business and understanding that perfection is not always attainable.
