Troy, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started in residential real estate in Jan of 2004 in Arizona and relocated to N Dallas in Sept of 2005. I built my real estate business with hard work, and a tenacious mindset to be successful in an industry with a lot of competition.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not been smooth as 2008 hit the industry hard, and then we built back up into a top tier producer in DFW.
Alright – so let’s talk business. What else should we know about your work?
I specialize in residential real estate, My primary business has been corporate relocation and now that I have a great database and sphere of influence I have been successful at building my business through referrals.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
That I will simply outwork everyone else. You need to treat every client like they are the only client I have and when you show them you care the response, reviews you get come back a hundredfold.
