Today we’d like to introduce you to Tucker Coffey and James Murray.

Tucker and James, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
James and I have always had a passion for real estate. We launched our company back in September with the purpose of being able to help people out. Our company enables us the ability to buy homes from people who are desperately trying to get rid of their unwanted homes for a multitude of reasons. We Buy Any House Dallas is growing like crazy and we could not be happier with our progress in such a short period of time. Our goal is to be the largest privately owned real estate investment company in Texas within 5 years. Without our amazing clients and friends, that wouldn’t be possible. We are thankful for all of the support we have received so far!

Has it been a smooth road?
Well, every business in the beginning will have its bumps in the road. From investors not paying us our share to adopted siblings that hadn’t spoken to the family in 30 years coming back and trying to lay claim to the home before the sale. We have seen our fair share to say the least, but we are blessed to have learned from every obstacle we have come across.

So, let’s switch gears a bit and go into the We Buy Any House Dallas story. Tell us more about the business.
We Buy Any House Dallas is a privately owned real estate investment company founded by two Dallas natives. Our specialty is buying distressed homes, bringing them back to life with a little TLC and finding the home a new owner. We Buy Any House Dallas wants to help people in rough situations. We have all been there. James and I want to help people and will go the extra mile to get them back on their feet whether it’s paying for the moving truck, or countless other little things that really go a long way when you’re in a tough spot. What sets us apart is that we treat you like we would want to be treated. Our clients are like family to us.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Our industry in Texas is only growing exponentially due to the real estate market being so strong. The goal is to be the biggest privately owned real estate investment company in Texas within the next five years.
