Meet Vadim Vostrikov of Roofing Ranger in Carrollton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vadim Vostrikov.

Vadim, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was always open for the new ideas and businesses. My family taught me that from the childhood. I moved to Dallas, TX from Russia in 2012. First two years in US I worked a lot of different jobs including restaurants, construction and transportation. But one of my friends started working for the roofing company at the time and offered me to join them as well. After two years with the company and 200 roofs installed, I realized that I’m ready for a change.

I talked to a lot of business owners, went through additional training and certifications and started rolling. Since day one I set high standards for Roofing Ranger in customer service and quality work. This is my main key to success.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There is no smooth roads in business.

The biggest challenge is to find the people like you. With the same integrity, motivation and skills.

So I started with hiring my friends and it works perfect for our company. We are all big families in Roofing Ranger LLC.
