Initially, we began as a specialized event and trade show staffing agency, we also had the opportunity to book talent for renowned companies such as Sony and Paramount, as well as for Comedy Central and various television shows aired on prestigious networks. Additionally, we worked with acclaimed politicians, which was an enjoyable experience. This agency was founded by me, Venus Starr Hurst and has expanded into a comprehensive recruitment firm catering to sectors such as healthcare, administrative support, construction, manufacturing, customer service, automotive, and beyond.
For over twenty years, our mission has remained consistent: to provide outstanding staffing solutions that simplify, streamline, and enhance the hiring process for every employer.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

Adapting marketing strategies can be challenging, but it’s a positive challenge and should be a top priority for businesses to stay ahead of the competition. Currently, our biggest challenge is that we own the trademark for VenusStaffing, and there are several scammers and fake companies trying to profit from our hard work. They impersonate us by taking information from our website and using it on their sites while misusing our trademark name. Protecting our intellectual property has become a nightmare as we chase down fraudulent businesses pretending to be us.
