Vicki, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I joined ETHAN ALLEN in 1999. As the metroplex grew, I grew with our business. I have worn many hats, but have found my passion as the Design Center Manager in Frisco. It is great to be able to serve customers in our fast growing, vibrant community and beyond.
Has it been a smooth road?
No story is without it’s challenges, but with every challenge comes a new opportunity. I have been in the interior design industry over 30 years and have experienced many changes and advances in our industry trends, standards and technology. I know there is always a great solution to every customer’s design dilemma and I am glad to be a master of solution resolution.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Ethan Allen story. Tell us more about the business.
ETHAN ALLEN’s business model lends itself to the entrepreneurial spirit. I am more than a manager of a design center; I am a trainer, coach and mentor to a team of independent business men and women. I nurture their interior design businesses and collaborate with each designer to offer our customers the best in complimentary interior design services. I am proud to use my expertise and knowledge to promote the best interior design center north of 635. Watching my team create a diversity of beautiful, personal living spaces for each and every customer is my success. Observing how they change the lives of our customers is their success.
ETHAN ALLEN always has stood for quality, style and service, 70% of our furniture is still handcrafted in our North American facilities. As a professional interior designer, I know our value is iconic. Our complimentary professional design service ensures our customers’ decision-making processes goes smoothly, on budget, and on time.
