Thanks for sharing your story with us Vivianne. So, let’s start at the beginning, and we can move on from there.
I started getting my feet wet with modeling and promotional events. I worked a lot of different sets from local Dallas production studios to even a few in Los Angeles, San Antonio, Houston and Austin.
I started hosting local Dallas clubs and even started a Selena inspired hat line. They sold out at her big event in oak cliff last year in March. I became very interested in the community and the potential I had besides being a full-time single mother and apartment manager.
I’m proudly starting my own side hustle, proving the DFW a professional hair and waxing service at your doorsteps. I’m excited to announce my new journey with Veeauty Bar. A professional traveling beauty service I am the only founder and have also been a hairdresser since the age of 16. I’m excited to show Dallas a new vibe.
Has it been a smooth road?
It definitely was not a smooth one. As I mentioned, I am a single mother of one, and most of the time I don’t have other sets of pockets to depend on. Unless I make something to double the income of my self, this is not hard, just gotta stay persistent. Modeling was fun! But modeling has a “dark” side if your not careful or if you trust too easy, especially in a market like LA.

Becoming a Mexican American was one of my last accomplishments this past December.
Being able to show immigrants who are still trying to become citizens that no matter what the news says, or what president is in the White House, if you focus on being a good resident, pay your taxes and obey the law, anything is possible!!
Stay out of the streets, and honor the country who has given you opportunities!
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, being an apartment manager I can tell you that the market in Dallas is one of the best markets in the count.
