Hi Waylon, thank you so much for sitting down with us again. For folks who might have missed our initial interview, can you start by briefly introducing yourself?
Hello, my name is Waylon Senn my wife and I own and operate Dog Gone Pet Waste Removal, a small pooper scooper business in West Fort Worth. My love for my family and my love for Texas is my life. I grew up in a small family farm and I spend most of my free time taking my children into the outdoors and our agricultural heritage.

What major accomplishments have you achieved with your business since our last interview?
We’ve greatly expanded our service area, as well I’ve been voted to a board of directors in our small town. Again, we were asked back to help keep our local dog park clean.

Why do you feel that your service is essential to the community?
The EPA deems dog waste as one of the most hazardous materials that is currently polluting our local waterways. We take a lot of pride in doing our part to keep as much out of the creeks, rivers, and lakes as possible.

What are your biggest challenges you have overcome as a business owner?
Getting to know myself, and not limiting how much potential our little business really has.

How has your service provided a positive impact on your clients?
We’ve been told that we have inspired people to their backyards again. Much like anything else if it is not cared for soon it becomes overwhelming. When that happens a lot of people just avoid the problem. We like to believe we are as much a part of our community as the people who live there.

Why did you decide to include your family in the business?
Growing up we worked our family farm together and that drew us closer together as a family. Later I went to work for my Grandfather in his business much the same way my father and cousins did as well. The path in entrepreneurship those men carved inspired me to do the same with my family.

Where would you like to see your company in the next 5 years and how do you plan to get there?
I’ve never been afraid of long hours and with the support of my family I would like to take the office from our living room to a small building in our town that has room for us to grow.

Alright, so before we go, how can our readers connect with you to learn more and show support?
