Today, we’d like to introduce you to Zach Berhost. Zach was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Eddie Wiewel.

Zach , thank you so much for joining us today. We’d love for you to bring our readers up to speed – can you introduce yourself and share your story?
My name is Zach Berhost. I’m originally from Santa Fe, NM. Growing up, competition and hard work were two of the main building blocks that drove me to the place that I am in today. I was extremely blessed to have 2 very supportive parents that pushed me to be the best version of myself that I could be. Whether it may have been in athletics, academics, respecting and lifting up my peers, or my care for others and their wellbeing it was instilled in me to always be a good person and to work as hard as possible each day. Athletics to me taught me a lot about life and what the value of dedication and determination can mean for you. I pushed myself each and every day to get 1 percent better in each aspect of my life and what my focus was.

I played multiple sports including baseball, basketball and golf and through those each taught me lessons of working closely with a team and that you can always improve skills to be successful. I was blessed enough to get to play golf at the highest level of NCAA sports for 4 full years leading me to pursue a career in sales. I feel as though athletics and sales are very similar in that there is no ceiling for success, you control your earning potential, and both are crafts that must be worked on every single day to achieve success. I’ve believed that improvement in skills will produce results and that’s driven me to continue to absorb knowledge any time I can.

I also have considered myself to be a very genuine and positive person. I always see the good in situations and am guided by being able to control things that only I can control. This allows me to tamper expectations and stay goal focused. I am passionate about helping people and love the feeling of teaching someone something new or improving their situation. This allows me to keep my clients and those around me first and has indeed molded my current position in my career.

Eddie has become a very close partner of mine since we met just over a year ago. He embodies all aspects of an entrepreneur and has an unending passion to help his clients reach their goals. I became connected with Eddie through one of his hand written letters that he continues to send to potential partners and clients. Most realtors wouldn’t go to the lengths of personalizing marketing materials like Eddie does so that was the first impression that I had of him and how he operates his business. It became very apparent to me that Eddie is extremely personal and has a passion for helping others no matter what which was one of the first ways I became connected with him.

Eddie is also extremely knowledgeable and informative he is consistent about updating his partners and clients about any changes that exist in the market which keeps us all up to date and educated. His attention to detail is also seen in how is brand is portrayed on social media and how he will go to any length to make sure that a job or task is done correctly and on time. He is intelligent about the market and his business and will go to extra lengths to make sure his clients always have the best experience possible with him.

Eddie is also very punctual and reliable. He is very easy to get a hold of for anything and his communication and urgency shines through how he approaches each day. He is not only a very successful and skilled realtor, he is also a very trusting and all around good person.
