Rising Stars: Meet Brandi Bosserman of North in Argyle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandi Bosserman.

Hi Brandi, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I actually started as a flower farmer first. I was growing blooms and learning the rhythms of the seasons before I ever stepped fully into event design. Being in the field taught me patience, seasonality, and how flowers are meant to move naturally — and that foundation still shapes my garden-inspired aesthetic today. As demand grew, I began sourcing additional blooms directly from other farms to support larger events while staying true to that organic style.

In 2021, I stepped away from teaching after helping my father through cancer treatments during COVID. He passed away at the end of 2020, and that season completely shifted my perspective. The last gesture he made for me was buying me flowers the day before he passed. That moment has stayed with me.

Flowers became more than creative work — they became personal. They became a way to process, to heal, and to celebrate life at the same time.

What began as farming evolved into Bosserhouse Blooms, an event-focused floral studio rooted in a garden-inspired vision. Today, our goal is to create events that feel organic, abundant, and thoughtfully curated — like stepping into a beautiful garden gathering. We love celebrating all of life’s moments with flowers and feel truly honored to be invited into these occasions by our clients.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Has it been a smooth road? Not exactly — it’s Texas, so we experience all the seasons.

Last year, we spent the entire winter building a 2,400-square-foot hoop house to extend our growing season. It was this magical space — full of promise for spring. Then in April, a severe storm came through and completely took it down. We lost the structure and a large portion of our spring crops. It was a real blow.

But what stood out most wasn’t the loss — it was the response. Our community showed up with boots and gloves and helped us clean up the mess. That moment reminded me why we do this here.

We’re in the process of rebuilding now. Farming — and honestly, entrepreneurship — teaches you resilience very quickly. You adapt, you rebuild, and you keep growing.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We’re especially known for extreme customer service. We truly pay attention to the details — remembering which colors someone loves or avoids, which blooms are their favorites. I’m known to reach out and say, “It’s tulip season — I know your wife loves them.” That level of thoughtfulness has built deep relationships with our clients.

In the fall, we’re widely known for our handcrafted pumpkin arrangements. We create about 500 each season, building them with succulents and dried florals so they last from September through Thanksgiving. They’ve become a tradition for many families and businesses and make beautiful, long-lasting gifts. We can even brand them for corporate clients, which makes them especially popular for client appreciation and seasonal gifting. People truly rave about them.

We’re also continuing to expand our garden-style event work — weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations. Our goal is always to create spaces that feel inviting and layered, like you’ve stepped into a beautiful garden moment.

What I’m most proud of is the trust we’ve built. Our clients invite us into some of their most meaningful occasions, and we approach each one with care, intention, and a personal touch that truly sets us apart.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
The best way to connect with us is through Instagram or Facebook Messenger — we’re very active there and love direct conversations. You can also visit our website at bosserhouseblooms.com and submit an inquiry form for events, collaborations, or custom projects.

We absolutely love collaborating. We work closely with other Party Pros, caterers, venues, planners, rental companies — anyone who helps create meaningful gatherings. We believe in collaboration over competition, and some of our favorite projects have come from creative partnerships.

If someone wants to support us, the biggest way is simply to share our work, refer us, or think of us when a celebration is coming up. Community is everything to us, and we’re always open to new connections and creative ideas.
