Rising Stars: Meet Chris Hayes of Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Hayes.

Hi Chris, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

My journey didn’t begin with capital, connections, or a clear blueprint. It began with necessity. I learned early that if I wanted stability, I had to become useful. I took on hands-on work—repairs, renovations, electronics, and technical problem-solving—often learning on the fly, fixing what others couldn’t or wouldn’t touch. There were no shortcuts, just long days, trial and error, and moments where quitting would have been easier.

One of the biggest early challenges wasn’t the work itself—it was navigating broken systems. I watched homeowners get taken advantage of, investors lose money due to mismanagement, and skilled workers struggle because of poor coordination and lack of leadership. I experienced firsthand how inconsistent communication, unreliable partners, and unclear expectations could derail entire projects. Those setbacks were frustrating, but they were also clarifying.

A defining moment came when I realized the real gap wasn’t labor or funding—it was structure. Too many people were operating in silos, when what they needed was someone who could connect the dots: translate vision into execution, align the right people, and create accountability across the board. That realization changed how I approached everything.

That shift led to the creation of Elite Solutions Network. What started as hands-on service work evolved into a solutions-driven platform built to support investors, property owners, and professionals through real systems—not guesswork. Over time, I stepped into multiple roles—technician, contractor, consultant, deal facilitator, and investor—each one sharpening my understanding of how sustainable businesses and profitable real estate projects are truly built.

Like many entrepreneurs, the path hasn’t been linear. There were projects that stretched me financially, partnerships that didn’t work out, and lessons learned the hard way. But every challenge reinforced the same principle: real growth comes from ownership, integrity, and the tenacity to build long-term instead of chasing quick wins.

Today, we operate not just as service providers, but as investors and strategic partners. Our focus is on creating systems that protect capital, empower skilled workers, and revitalize properties and communities. We believe real estate is more than transactions—it’s a vehicle for transformation when done responsibly.

At the core of everything we do is one mission: we build more than homes—we build opportunities. Opportunities for investors to grow wisely, for professionals to thrive, and for communities to rise with intention.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. My path was built through independent work, not comfort. I started doing oil changes and brake jobs, then moved into repairing cell phones—back when BlackBerrys and Sidekicks were still a thing. That turned into fixing iPhones, iPads, tablets, and laptops, learning fast because I had to.

From there, I took delivery and logistics jobs for companies like Pier 1 Imports and World Market, followed by warehouse work at a hot glass factory—layered clothing, Texas summer heat, triple digits. It was exhausting, but it built discipline.

Eventually, I transitioned into hands-on construction—installing windows and doors, drywall, fencing, painting—doing whatever work was available and learning every system along the way. Later, I entered real estate as an entry-level dispo agent at a brokerage, where I not only learned the business but trained other entry-level wholesalers as well.

Each phase came with setbacks: inconsistent income, physical burnout, unreliable partnerships, and constant pressure to adapt. But every skill stacked on the last. That accumulation of hands-on experience across trades, logistics, and real estate is what ultimately led to the creation of Elite Solutions Network—a business built on real-world knowledge, not theory.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I see my work as creative construction. Through Elite Solutions Network, I design and build systems the same way an artist builds a body of work—layer by layer, with intention. That includes field-service apps, websites, real estate tools and calculators, educational platforms, books, and courses. Each project starts with a question: What’s broken, and how do we reimagine it?

What I’m known for is translating real-world experience into usable tools. Everything I create is shaped by time in the field—on job sites, in properties, and inside deals. That background allows me to turn complexity into clarity and ideas into systems that people can actually rely on.

What sets me apart is the blend of hands-on execution and vision. I don’t separate creativity from practicality. For me, creativity is problem-solving, structure, and flow. It’s building tools that empower people, remove friction, and create momentum.

What I’m most proud of is building platforms that outlive any single project—things that help others see possibility where there used to be limitation. Whether it’s technology, education, or real estate, the goal is always the same: “we build more than homes—we build opportunities.”

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t rely on luck—I rely on preparation. I’ve had good timing and unexpected opportunities, but they only mattered because I was ready. The setbacks and “bad luck” moments taught me more than any win, forcing me to adapt and build stronger systems. What looks like luck is usually consistency meeting opportunity.
