My journey in real estate began after overcoming significant personal challenges. Following my release from a lengthy sentence, I was determined to turn my life around. I initially worked in car sales, which taught me valuable lessons about customer service, negotiation, and understanding clients’ needs. Those skills laid the foundation for my transition into real estate.

I became licensed in Texas and specialized in markets like Dallas, East Texas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Sherman, TX. My approach to real estate has always been driven by a deep understanding of my clients’ goals. Whether it’s first-time home buyers, those looking for investment properties, or commercial clients expanding their business, I pride myself on offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

Throughout my career, I’ve expanded my services to include residential sales, commercial properties, leasing, and apartment locating. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those with ITIN, VA home buyers, and individuals looking to lease or invest in rental properties. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to where I am today has been anything but smooth. One of the most significant challenges I faced was my past—a felony conviction that resulted in serving time for a mistake I made years ago. Rebuilding my life after being released was incredibly difficult. Society often looks at you differently when you have a criminal record, and opportunities can seem limited. But I was determined not to let that define my future.

One of the initial obstacles was breaking into the real estate industry, especially with my background. It required perseverance, continuous education, and proving that I was more than my past mistakes. Earning people’s trust as a real estate professional wasn’t easy, and I had to work twice as hard to build my reputation and credibility.

Additionally, balancing my personal life, including my education and rebuilding my financial stability, while simultaneously growing my business posed its own challenges. There were times when I doubted myself, especially when deals fell through, or I encountered clients who were skeptical about my abilities due to my past.

However, each of these struggles taught me resilience. I learned that the only way to overcome these challenges was through dedication, focusing on my clients’ success, and being relentless in pursuing my goals. Every obstacle, no matter how difficult, was a stepping stone to where I am today. It’s been a tough journey, but it shaped me into a stronger, more compassionate person who understands the true meaning of perseverance.
