Genial started as a small mobile notary service during a period where I needed stability, but it quickly became the bridge between my love for serving people and my new passion for digital consulting. What began as simple document work evolved into a premium, systems-driven experience where I guide clients through complex processes and help them feel taken care of from start to finish.
Building Genial taught me how to create efficient workflows, elevate customer experience, and transform a traditional service into a modern, branded operation. Now, I’m expanding that foundation. My goal for 2026 is to help both my clients and fellow notaries maximize their potential — whether through streamlined services, digital strategy, or mentorship that empowers them to think bigger and operate smarter.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like most growing businesses, Genial has had its learning curves, but every challenge has ultimately strengthened the operation. Navigating regulations, refining pricing, and building efficient systems took trial and error, but each adjustment made the service more polished and client-focused. The obstacles pushed me to innovate, streamline, and elevate the brand.
Overall, the journey has been less about setbacks and more about continuous improvement — every challenge has opened the door to a better process, better service, and a clearer vision for where Genial is headed next.

I specialize in guiding people through document-heavy moments with a streamlined, white-glove approach — from notarizations to document preparation checks to full apostille facilitation. I’m known for being precise, calm, and solution-oriented, while also making the process feel modern and easy.
What sets me apart is the way I blend traditional notary work with digital strategy. My background in e-commerce operations and consulting allows me to approach each service with an emphasis on workflow design, client education, and high-quality communication. I don’t just stamp documents, I create a guided experience that reduces stress and increases confidence for every client I support.
I’m most proud of the fact that Genial has grown into a flexible, well-rounded operation that reflects both sides of my skill set: service excellence and digital innovation. As I expand into 2026, my goal is to help clients and fellow notaries unlock their potential by sharing the systems, strategies, and modern practices that have helped Genial thrive.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that versatility is a superpower. Genial grew the moment I stopped limiting myself to one lane and started treating every skill — service, operations, digital strategy, communication — as part of the same toolkit. The more I educated myself, the more value I could deliver, and the more confidently I could lead clients through complex situations.
I’ve learned that innovation comes from being willing to evolve, refine your processes, and rethink how things “should” be done. Staying adaptable, organized, and curious has opened more doors for me than anything else. That’s my current mindset for Genial into its next phase and shaping the kind of professional I’m becoming.
