Hi Julio, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
The idea of United Roofing Services, LLC company began at a young age (16 years old) when my father started taking me to work during my high school years every single summer. At first, I did not wanted to attend work him because I wanted enjoyed my summer vacation like every other kid. My summers consisted of hardwork and tough labor. As I was moving to college, I had learned the process of installing a new roof and I was ready to learn on how to run a successful business.
While attending the University of North Texas, I began to work less as a labor worker and began my journey as an owner of a roofing business. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in 2019, I was determined to invest more time in growing the company. After three years, United Roofing Services, LLC keeps growing as a roofing company offering a variety of services.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The biggest challenge I have faced during this journey is starting the roofing business. As a first business owner in my family, I did not know what to expect or how difficult it could be to grow a company. I felt defeated when it came to dealing with the different types of legally forms there is in the roofing industry because I only knew the labor side. I had to go above and beyond and work much harder to teach myself the other side of roofing business. I can say that was my toughest obstacle.

United Roofing Services, LLC is a local Dallas roofing company proudly serving the Dallas-Forth Worth Metropolitan area. With over 12 years in the roofing industry, United Roofing Services specializes in residential, commercial, storm restoration, and insurance claims. We are known as the “The United Family,” were our priority is to assist customers in every way we can to make their project stress-free. What makes me the proudest is that a goal that once had a 16-year-old in mind has been achieved! What sets me apart from others is that I always go above and beyond to accomplish my goals/dreams. I never stop chasing my dreams; I keep striving!
What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I enjoy the most and least of our city is that Dallas has grown so much over the years and is full of adventures. The least I dislike is that you never know what type of weather to expect. You can have all four seasons in a day.
