Today we’d like to introduce you to Madison McCormick.
Hi Madison, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
“Absolutely! I’m Madison McCormick, but most people call me Madi. I’m a Title Sales Executive with Stewart Title in Frisco, a photographer, and most recently, the owner of Sacred Social Co., a wedding day content creation business. I joke that I somehow ended up building three careers at the same time, but looking back, they all make a lot of sense together.
Photography was where it all started for me. I picked up a camera in 2016 and fell in love with capturing people and the moments that matter to them, which eventually grew into my photography business, Sweetpea Photography by Madi McCormick.
Then in 2021, I somehow found my way into the title industry and quickly realized how much I loved the relationship side of the business. Today, I get to build relationships with real estate professionals and find ways to support them and their businesses. I also have a degree in Digital Media and Professional Communication from Texas Tech, so I’ve been able to bring my love for marketing, social media, and teaching into my career in title too.
Most recently, after planning my own wedding, I launched Sacred Social Co. It combines so many things I love: weddings, storytelling, social media, and capturing all of the little moments people want to remember.
On paper, the three paths probably seem completely different, but the common thread has always been people, relationships, and creativity. I feel really blessed that I’ve found ways to build a life and career around all three.”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not even a little bit! There have been a lot of pivots along the way. For several years, I was working full time in title while also going to school full time to finish my degree, all while trying to grow my photography business on the side. There have been seasons where photography was incredibly slow, moments where I questioned whether I was doing too much, and even an unexpected job loss that forced me to change companies and figure out what was next.
I think one of my biggest struggles has been learning that growth rarely looks the way you expect it to. Some seasons have been really exciting, and others have required me to start over, adjust or just keep showing up when things felt stagnant. Looking back, though, a lot of the moments that felt like setbacks at the time ended up pushing me toward opportunities I probably wouldn’t have pursued otherwise.
I’m still figuring it out as I go, but I’ve learned to be pretty comfortable with the pivot.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Title Sales Executive with Stewart Title in Frisco, and at the heart of my job, I’m a relationship person. I work with Realtors, lenders and other real estate professionals across North Texas and love finding ways to be a helpful resource through education, title tools and staying connected with the people I work with.
What sets me apart is probably the way I’ve been able to combine title with my background in digital media and marketing. I love teaching educational classes and creating content that makes real estate and title feel a little more approachable.
More than anything, I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built and the incredible escrow team I get to represent. I want to be known as someone who shows up, follows through and genuinely cares about the people I work with.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I truly wouldn’t be where I am without the Lord. I’m incredibly driven and usually have about three things running at once, but I’ve learned that I can’t do any of it in my own strength. Prayer is woven into every part of my life and every business I’ve built. I pray over my work, my clients, the people I serve and the opportunities in front of me.
I’m also incredibly grateful for my husband, my family and friends, my team and every client who has trusted and supported me along the way. There are so many people behind anything that looks like an individual accomplishment.
At the end of the day, I know where my strength comes from. The Lord sustains me, and my hope is that no matter how much I accomplish or where my career takes me, I never lose sight of that.
