Rising Stars: Meet Neo AKA “El Niño” Mamaregane

Today we’d like to introduce you to Neo AKA “El Niño” Mamaregane.

Hi Neo AKA “El Niño”, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I got bit by the music bug while still in high school and I’ve been stuck on go ever since.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has been the furthest thing from smooth if ever a road existed. From making music in a run down single room apartment, to being homeless and having a run in with the law, the journey has been, and continues to be, something straight from a thriller movie to say the least but I wouldn’t change it if you paid me.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
In summation, I’m a unicorn in the sense that I’m a jack AND master of all trades.

What matters most to you? Why?
Setting an example for my “youngens” to follow because that’s God’s plan.
