Hi Nesa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
God guided me to stumble accross the most creative Executive Chef’s opening their own restaurants. I was able to truly study the culinary art. Forunate enough, I also network with a wide range of influencers and business owners, giving me a strong foundation to build my own name.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A smooth road when every domino is in place. Networking, contract, service, word of mouth. Although life challenges the hardship of adult responsibilities. I strive to manage my time between work, networking and the continuous learning and creating an experience. Keeping up with daily demographic trends or surpassing a creation is a huge pushing factor.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m an Executive Chef leaning into Restaurant Consulting. I specialize in Building a Menu, Kitchen Flow System, Quality Control and Hiring / Training Management. I am quite different from other chefs as my bubbly personality stands out. I work best with music that feeds the soul as we create a dish that should feed the soul.
