Hi Shyree, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Sprouting Seeds LLC was founded by Shyree Battle amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We started off with a seed of hope ourselves, just wanting to share that hope with others. In that time our company’s sole mission was to exude light and hope to the ones needing something to anchor onto in those tumultuous times.
My deepest desire for my company from the very beginning has always been for every customer who purchases our products to be conduits of God’s love for humanity through our widespread of products ministering positivity. From our books, apparel, drinkware, & more, we hope to extend faith, hope & love. Amid the pandemic, my husband & I realized the world was in search of hope & encouragement. With so much uncertainty & fear plaguing the hearts of people around the world, it left us all looking for a message of healing, positivity, love, & peace that many are still in need of to this day. So from that moment forward, we have been spreading the healing message & good news of Jesus Christ through our products. We look at the world around us as a garden, mosaic & different but all of value & beauty. Our motto is “Plant. Develop. Prosper.” because it encapsulates us as people being seeds. Seeds who are planted for purpose, and over time develop from “warmth” (love) & “water” (encouragement) to eventually sprouting & blooming to live prosperous lives; inspiring the world around us.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth journey, however it’s been a rewarding one full of growth, resilience, tenacity, character development, and wisdom I’ve learned to extract from the challenges. The struggles I’ve had has been with marketing. I had to learn consistency is a major component and vital key in business. So my learning of that has helped expand my business in more broader places outside of my local community.

I’m an author & creative who’s fueled by solving problems, restoring hope, & promoting healing which is all of what inspires my writing & everything I do. I personally specialize in taking the problems I witness the world facing before God & seeking His wisdom until I find one if not many solutions I can give to people. Many of my books are written addressing problems & offering solutions from my personal experiences & revelations from healing. I love to deliver it in a fun, unique, & engaging way however my hope is always that my readers & those who purchase my products gain something & take something valuable away that will carry them through their lives. What I’d say sets me apart from others is the authenticity of my work. Everything I have ever created has come from a pure & raw place, exposing numerous vulnerabilities within myself to produce the art with hopes that it will be healing for someone. What I’m most proud of is my resilience, tenacity, and joy despite the challenges that comes with running a business. I truly got where I am today by the grace of God, an amazing and supportive husband, children, and community of people who seen my vision and received it.
Any big plans?
My plans are to continue solving as many problems as I can with the wisdom of God. This world needs so much care & compassion. So for me it is to continue giving light, love, hope, joy, & healing in all that I do through my books & through my business. I’m honestly looking forward to launching my next book, creating, & connecting with other businesses this year. As of now there are no big changes to note but it’s just the beginning. However I’m in great expectation that this year will be one to remember for me. I’m excited to continue sharing the many things I’ve been blessed to create with the world.
