Introduce you to Tafari Witter, The Real Estate Matchmaker

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tafari Witter.

Hi Tafari, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up, I always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but I didn’t know what route I wanted to go. Due to my passion for assisting people elevate and pursuing entrepreneurship, I saw real estate as the perfect way to bridge the gap! I became a real estate agent at the age of 21, full of excitement and high expectations, but reality struck fast. The first few months I would hear the same thing “You have a baby face, how old are you? How many homes have you sold? I’m sorry, I would rather work with someone more experienced.” At that time, hearing this continuously was very discouraging, and made me skeptical that real estate was the best route for me. However, I reflected on many past situations where I had been challenged with an opportunity to prove myself, so I treated real estate as yet another challenge I had to overcome. Being the best agent for my clients – and future clients – motivates me to keep pushing forward each and every day.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Challenges and obstacles are inevitable. I’ve never really had a smooth road at any point in my life and as soon as it seems that way I would get hit with a new obstacle. When it comes to real estate the first challenge, I encountered was people thinking I wasn’t old/experience enough to assist them with their real estate needs. At that time, I didn’t really understand how to overcome that because my age or how long I’ve been in the business wasn’t something I could change. With me being new to the business I was eager and determined to show my value to potential clients. Therefore, I learned how to turn everyone’s objections to highlight my worth! I explained that with me being new to the business all of my attention and effort will be directed to that certain client, while more experience agents may be working with multiple clients so their attention would be divided.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a full-time real estate agent and content creator. When it comes to real estate I am best known as “The Real Estate Matchmaker”. It is my pride and joy to matching my clients to their new home. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and strive every day to exceed their expectations. As a Millennial Professional Real Estate Agent, my business is built on communication, dedication, trust, creativity, and a strong work ethic. I am always available for my clients because I understand how stressful looking for a new home can be and I am here to make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

When it comes to content creation, I love creating content that can entertain and highlight new things to my followers. I’ve had the opportunity to work with different brands such as Express, McDonald’s, AT&T, and Texas Rangers just to name a few. Many times, people are never able to see my humor due to always seeing me in a professional setting, therefore, I also enjoy creating content that will have my followers laughing.

When it comes to working with Tafari Witter, I want the world to know you will always have a great experience, whether it’s for content creation or a real estate transaction. I am extremely excited for the opportunity to work with even more clients here soon.

Any big plans?
As of right now, I am focusing on a lot of self-development, but not only for myself but also for those around me that I can help during the process. I want to be able to assist other agents or content creators with the development of their business in the next few years.

Also, another thing that I am really looking forward to that I haven’t really told many people is securing an acting gig. I would love to be in a commercial, movie, tv-show, or even a real estate reality tv series. So, if someone could point me into the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
