Today we’d like to introduce you to Tequita White-Muhammed.
Hi Tequita, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I am TeQuita A. White-Muhammed, Your Joy-Flowologist, and I migrated to DFW, by way of Natchitoches LA, in March 2000. As a single mother of 3 daughters, it was overwhelming yet exciting. Especially coming to such a huge metroplex after living most of my life in a small city of less than 18,000. Over the years, I attained several certifications and promotions which allowed me to eventually start my firm in 2017. I have over 18 years of Coaching, Business Analyst, and Business Architect experience. I have excelled in supporting corporate organizations, government municipalities, highly professional stakeholders, and transitioning individuals committed to maximizing their potential and optimizing an abundantly joyful lifestyle. My experience as a master facilitator and work-shopper pro enables me to help my clients achieve rapid transformation.
I am a mother to my 3Ts; they are my amazing three daughters and grandmother, “Lady-bug G,” to my two adorable grandsons. I am most proud of my family legacy!
I am a three-time author with a passion for youth and professional mentoring, personal and business transformational modalities, wellness, travel, and wealth building! My faith leads me to believe everything is possible, and as such, I am a lifelong learner and doer of the joy-flow works.
I am currently an Executive MBA candidate, Spring 2024, at UEI. I am fully committed to the success of each of my clients, which leads me to continuously improve her craft in support of this high level of commitment.
In the spring of 2017, I saw a need to fill a gap for small businesses and aspiring professionals looking to shift their skill sets and talents; but who lacked the resources, framework, and infrastructure to transition. This need provided the opportunity to share my professional, business, and spiritual developmental tips and best practices with aspiring clients. As a result, I founded 3T Envisage Consultancy, a boutique personal and professional managed services agency. My firm specializes in strategic planning, client experience, and business and personal development, along with training.
I have earned several awards and accolades for the service 3T Envisage provides to its Small Business and Corporate clients. This includes being recognized as an “Influencer Within Our Global Community” by the International Association of Women in 2021.
As a Joy-Flowologist, I help you bring ease, joy, and flow to your life; by introducing or re-presenting tools, techniques, and technologies that enable you to align your 12 Joy Flow Zones in the areas of personal, professional, and spiritual living, all harmoniously. Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been a smooth road. When I went 100% into entrepreneurship in 2018, it took me 9 months to the date to close my first major client. I was exhausting my resources to see this dream come into full manifestation. I have learned to put contingencies in place by developing my expansion and contractions plans in order to be prepared when a pivot is quickly required. Having a continuity plan is critical for small businesses.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
The part of my work that I especially love is the personal development and coaching work that I get to do. As Your Joy-Flowologist, I have the pleasure of helping highly analytical individuals going through burnout and identity crisis reclaim their happiness and joy. I help my clients to flow in freedom and ease by tapping into their internal gifts, talents, and power. They create an executable action plan to transform the confusion and disappointment experienced, thereby transcending to their next best level!
What sets me apart is that my work in this space is “soul” work. I am overjoyed to be a part of the coaching community because the tools and techniques shared with my clients literally changes lives. It is always my hope and desire for my work to help each client explore your giftings and rediscover their passion, then take that passion and prosper! And I get to witness them doing it all, as I do… in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose!
I am most proud of being able to connect with my clients and serve in helping them form and fully actualize their plan… then the ultimate pleasure comes in watching them thrive and live their JOY out loud! What’s next?
My future aspirations include putting on quarterly “Joy in Motion Retreats.” These are my signature international island retreats, where we deep dive into the personal and business developmental work. And I will be launching Joy-Flowology Studio, focusing on guided dance meditation modalities for getting pass the blockers. Which will help my clients gain clarity and create their actionable steps to execute; as they leave the retreats equip to flow in freedom, exactly how they declare and desire.
I am also working on expanding my “She’s VIP Network” empowerment group. I will be collaborating with and supporting more amazing individuals rediscover and fully actualize their authentic joy. I am designing a quarterly Joy Delight Subscription Box, which will include curated products from the women in the group. I am designing it this way because I eagerly want to see all those I am connected to thrive and soar in explicit freedom and abundant joy!
