Hello! I’m Chef DJ, proud founder of DJ Catering Company and a long-time resident of this amazing community. For years, I’ve been passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences and building meaningful connections with the people around me. That’s what inspired me to bring my love for food and service to life right here in my hometown.
With over 17 years of experience in the industry, I specialize in crafting exquisite seafood and soul food dishes, while also catering to a variety of culinary preferences. Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner, a grand wedding celebration, or a community charity event, my goal is to deliver precision, care, and unforgettable flavor to every plate.
Dallas is where I live, work, and raise my family, so providing top-notch, personalized service means everything to me. Let’s create something incredible together!

My grandmother Paulene Kidd she saw the best in me she help me start my 1st business at 22 years old a janitorial company. She always help me be a better person and told me to always keep my hand in God hand and trust him!
Do you remember a time someone truly listened to you?
The last time someone truly listened to me was a group of your men and women. I was speak at a young company about you can be anything you want to be with hard work and dedication.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My grandmother because she love me so much and I love her she raised me to be the best version of me. She help me open my 1st business a janitor company at 23 she was so proud of me she was everything to me. What else matter to me is God because he gave me so many great opportunities in life and I am so grateful my friends would say that about me!

I never gave up no matter what I have been through cancer and survived it. I have a spinal cord disease call Cervical Myelopathy that I suffer with everyday but I never give up on life I push my self everyday. That I am a strong black man who have live a bless amazing life thank God for Jesus. 🫶🏾💪🏿❤️🙏🏾
