We’re looking forward to introducing you to Eduardo Velasquez . Check out our conversation below.
Eduardo, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me is anything but “normal.” I wake up early with a tired body but a focused mind. I train, work, create content, coach other athletes, and in the middle of all that, I keep refining my physique as a natural competitor. EVA.FITT isn’t just a brand — it’s my mission: to represent real effort, aesthetics, and discipline. I live each day as a chance to level up, even when no one is watching. I’m in my prime right now, not because it’s easy — but because I chose not to quit.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Eduardo, founder of EVA.FITT — a brand that was born long before it had a name. Since I was 8 years old, I’ve felt a calling to help, guide, and transform lives. What started as a childhood dream grew into a clear mission that only got stronger with time. Today, I don’t just train, compete, or create content — I work by being a symbol. A real example of discipline, effort, and purpose. EVA.FITT represents all of that and more: a community for those who choose not to give up. I compete as a natural athlete and started from the bottom, training while working construction. And I’m still going — because being that symbol is my greatest purpose. Everything I teach, I live. Everything I post, I apply. What I represent… I truly am.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that truly changed the way I see the world was when I started training with very little. That’s when I realized life doesn’t give you perfect conditions to begin — it gives you the opportunity to decide who you’re going to be. I saw that while others waited for the “right” moment, I could build it myself. The tools, the environment, the recognition — none of that mattered. What mattered was my daily decision not to give up. Since then, I’ve seen the world as a battlefield where only those who act with purpose, consistency, and truth leave a legacy. EVA.FITT was born from that vision: the understanding that what’s real will always be stronger than what looks perfect.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a moment when I almost gave up. It was a time when I felt like no one truly understood what I was building — when results were slow, and the pressure felt overwhelming. I was physically drained, mentally exhausted, and emotionally alone. But that’s exactly when I proved to myself what I was made of. I didn’t give up because I realized that true purpose isn’t validated by applause — it’s built through resilience. I made the decision to become the symbol I always wanted to see. Today, I’m grateful I didn’t quit — because that breaking point wasn’t the end… it was the beginning of a version of me that could only be born through pain.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what matters most to me is staying true to my purpose. That I care about being real — not perfect. That I care about being an example — not a spectacle. They’d know I don’t do this for ego, but because I feel a real inner mission: to represent effort, aesthetics, and commitment to oneself. They also know I value respect over fame, consistency over quick results, and that for me, success isn’t measured in applause — it’s measured in impact. If I have visibility today, it’s because I stayed committed even when I was invisible.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people say I was someone who never gave up — someone who turned pain into discipline and vision into purpose. That I wasn’t chasing fame, but real impact. That I led by example when others only talked. That I lived with integrity and became a symbol for those who had every reason to quit but chose to fight anyway. I want them to say EVA.FITT wasn’t just a brand — it was a way of seeing life: raw, real, tough, but full of direction. That I inspired without pretending, motivated through truth, and even when I was gone… a part of me kept living in others.
