We recently had the chance to connect with Tina Cummings and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Tina, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I am walking a path
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Title Tina—branding queen, marketing maven, and your favorite closer’s secret weapon. I’m the co-owner and Chief Marketing Officer of Redwine Law Firm Experience Title, a next-generation title company based in Texas that’s flipping the script on boring closings. Around here, we don’t just close files—we create experiences that build brands and bank accounts.
I’m also one of the cohosts of the T&T podcast as well as the visionary behind Strategies in Stilettos™ SIS, a faith-fueled branding movement helping women build empires with godly grit and fierce femininity.
What makes me and my brands different? We blend faith, fire, and flawless strategy. From automating closings with white-glove systems to coaching agents on how to stop blending in and start standing out—we’re here to turn chaos into conversions. My companies aren’t just services. They’re power plays for people ready to win.
Right now, I’m expanding Title Tina™ into a multi-platform media brand—think: hilarious real estate skits, binge-worthy podcasts, branding masterclasses, and even merch that slaps with scripture and sass. I’m also helping agents become brands before the market makes them irrelevant.
This isn’t just business. It’s bold obedience in motion. And I’m just getting started.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that has most shaped me,without question, is my relationship with God. In every broken moment, every breakthrough, every bold step I’ve taken, it’s been His voice reminding me who I am and whose I am. He’s the anchor that steadies me when life tries to shake me, and the author of the strength I didn’t know I had. I am not who I used to be, and I’m not yet who I’m becoming, but I’m walking it out daily, wrapped in grace, covered in purpose, and fiercely committed to becoming the woman He designed me to be.
What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
The defining moment of my life was losing my husband. Everything changed in an instant. I wasn’t just grieving the man I loved. I was suddenly faced with raising our children on my own and trying to make sense of a future that no longer looked anything like what we planned.
Healing didn’t happen overnight. It came through quiet prayers in the middle of the night, through showing up for my kids when I barely had the strength to show up for myself. I had to learn to stop trying to piece together the life I thought I lost and start embracing the woman I was becoming.
It wasn’t easy. But I found strength I didn’t know I had, and God met me in every moment of weakness with grace. Healing didn’t mean forgetting him. It meant honoring his memory by living fully, by walking in purpose, and by showing my children what faith and resilience really look like. My pain became the foundation of my power, and God used it all to write a new chapter, one filled with strength, clarity, and a purpose bigger than I could have ever imagined
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
A cultural value I hold at all costs is integrity with impact. For me, it’s not just about doing business, it’s about doing it right, with excellence, purpose, and heart. Whether I’m closing real estate deals, building brands, mentoring women, or showing up as a mother, I lead with truth and authenticity.
I believe in legacy. I believe in showing up fully in every room I’m called to, and I refuse to cut corners just to get ahead. My faith is the foundation, and everything I build flows from that place. At the end of the day, I want my name, my brand, and my life to reflect what I believe: that you can be powerful, purposeful, and profitable without ever compromising your integrity. I believe in faith, excellence, and legacy that is my cultural foundation.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
Ten years from now, I want people to say that I was the woman who showed up with her whole heart,no matter what life threw at me.
I want my friends to say I was their safe space. That I was the one they called when they needed honesty wrapped in love, prayer, and maybe a little sass. That I didn’t just show loyalty, I showed up. I listened, I poured into them, and I reminded them who they were when life made them forget.
I want my family to remember me as the glue. The one who held things together, who created joy in the middle of chaos, and who made sure love always had the loudest voice in the room.
And most of all, I want my children to say that their mama was a warrior. That I fought for them, believed in them, prayed over them, and protected their peace with everything in me. That I showed them what faith looks like in action. That I made them feel safe, seen, and deeply loved. That even when I was navigating the unknown, I never let them feel lack.
The story I hope they tell is simple: She loved deeply, she gave boldly, she lived faithfully, and she never stopped believing in the vision God gave her. And because of that, everything changed.
