Bryce, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Our goal is to be the best in Texas at helping commercial real estate developers and construction companies get control of their critical data by upgrading their software tools.
We do this by detecting what data a customer has and determining what data a customer need to maximize their business. We have a unique process that uncovers customer’s needs and creates a road map to reach their goals. We don’t ask about data, we dig through it, analyze and detect it, so that our customers have accurate and new data for better business decisions.
Next, we collect the data, by integrating software, automating data and merging databases. We offer better tools so customers can see and access actionable data in one place. We eliminate redundant data entry.
Then we show data by creating dashboards and intranets to display the information needed across the enterprise. Customers can make decisions with information that automatically reports to them. We make document-management systems, financial dashboards and Revit plugins for most of the recognized brands and some of the fastest growing companies.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?

As the construction industry continues to see new tools to collect data in new ways, our role of detecting, collecting and projecting that data in an organized and clean way becomes even more critical. Before you can analyze your data, you need it to have clean and organized and automated.
Our greatest challenge is not finding the right customers who want to transform how they work so they can maximize the bottom line. Our biggest challenge, which we learned in the book “From Good to Great,” is getting the right people on the bus and finding the right spot for them.
