Irionne, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I first got started two years ago, watching my mom running her own business. I had no idea my business would take off like it did! Social network is so powerful it gave me connectivity to my customers to buy promote my business!! Everyone loves something CUSTOM!
Always remember you are in charge of creating your business from the ground up. So you can shape your passion to be something you’re proud of and that you may even be able to pass on to your children as your legacy! I’ll never look back to becoming my own boss was the best decision I ever made.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been a smooth road its a lot of time and energy that comes with running a business also having a lot of patience and understanding. Finally, a challenge is only a challenge if you don’t move to pass it, learn from it, grow from it you’ll be stuck in the same spot forever. Continue to let yourself grow.

I sell and make customized jewelry. Necklaces, bracelets, & anklets. I’m most proud of how far I came. I started off nervous and shy but all the support I was receiving made me so confident! What sets me apart from others is probably my ability to manage my time efficiently.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
One of my proudest moments would be watching and seeing other people tag me in there jewelry on social media. It makes me so happy and proud that I can see others have a smile on their face while wearing something by me.
