What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?

With so many high-achievers in our community it was super interesting to learn about the moments when they lose track of time.  We’ve highlighted some of those conversations below.

Music. When I feel like I have nothing else, I know I have music. It makes me feel warm, heard, and seen. Music gives me a floating feeling, a sense of freedom I can’t find anywhere else. One word, ‘MUSIC’. I live and breathe music. Music is a true oxymoron. While it is a constant in one’s life, its impact continually evolves. The right song (or song lyric) has the power to warm your heart or break it. Music can also welcome new life, as it did, when I sang as two of my nieces were being brought into the world.
