Originally looking for a business that offered flexibility, Swapnil pursued real estate. “I happened to have a friend who sold her house, and her agent was looking for an assistant, so I joined.” After working as an agent assistant for several months, Swapnil began working as a sole agent. She truly believes there are no accidents in life. There was a reason she got involved in real estate and believes it’s her niche. She can look for details in a home and catch things others miss. Swapnil insists, “I’m not scared to say the truth about a property.”

Has it been a smooth road?
It wasn’t a smooth road as being a mom and an immigrant to the country. I had to put in a lot of effort personally and professionally to evolve as a person. Being a mompreneur raising two kids and running a business was a huge challenge. But I managed to balance both in a way where I was able to overcome everything along the way.
