Her humble beginnings taught her that being successful would mean hard work, determination and dedication to be successful. She is an individual with a passion for everything beautiful, so she established her company, Phancy Skin in 2016 to enhance the beauty in each one of her clients. She is a certified esthetician, and makeup artist specializing in personalized skincare and creative makeup looks. After opening Phancy Skin, she also invested in another business that she works simultaneously. Through her training and experience, she helps other women and men achieve their skincare and beauty goals. She has earned a reputation as someone that you can depend on with honesty and integrity, while providing excellent detailed services.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
After working in the field of finance for over 10 years knowing every day that my passion was not being realized, it was definitely a daily struggle. Once I did the research and found out the limitless possibilities of the beauty industry I started to plan my exit route from corporate America. It was exciting and scary going back to school (when I had 3 kids at home) to get my Esthetics license but I refused to let fear stand in my way.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Phancy Skin – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
My business embodies everything beautiful. My slogan is “Be Your Kind of Beautiful” because I truly believe that every person in this world holds a unique beauty that sets them apart from everyone else. Phancy Skin’s services include makeup applications, eyelash extensions, full body waxing, customized facials, and body wraps. My connection with each client that walks through the door is different and it is important to me that they know they can come in a non judgmental place to relax, talk, joke, laugh, have their services done, and leave with a smile and a hug from me.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plans for the future would be to eventually expand and hire a staff of people to help me bring out more beauty in more faces around Texas.
