Today we’d like to introduce you to Rashida (Shi’e) Fleming and Troy Rich.
TROY L RICH BIO
Troy Rich Jr. is a powerful business driver whose entrepreneurial instincts have allowed him to become one of the youngest African Americans to design multiple entities for future Fortune 500 companies such as
TLMiG. Troy is a native of Oklahoma that was raised from a lower income family of five. After graduating high school, he received a partial academic scholarship to attend Langston University. During his time at Langston, he was an active member of the community including serving as the Vice President of the NAACP at Langston University. During his first year of college, Troy lost his older brother to a brain tumor. As part of his service, Troy became a part of multiple minority organizations including Clara Luper, an organization that named a scholarship after Troy’s deceased brother.
After attending Langston University for one year, he decided to continue his education in Business at Prairie View A&M University. A gift of Troy’s has always been the ability to connect with people in unique ways and take an interest in the business. Rather than continuing to major in Business, he decided to utilize this gift in the field of Architecture. While a student at Prairie View A&M, he received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture.
After graduating with his Master of Architecture, Troy moved to Queens, NY. While living here, Troy felt the opportunity and necessity to begin his own company. As Troy began to excel within his own career, he moved back to Texas and launched his company – DevCol Group Inc. while working as an Architecture Designer for an architectural firm.
Troy has had the pleasure of working with some of the wealthiest developers, investors, and entrepreneurs in Texas such as Guillermo Perales CEO/President of Sun Holdings, Inc. and Shoukat Dhanani both which are one of Burger Kings Largest Investors. Along with meeting other prominent individuals, he has also been a part of redeveloping the infrastructure of Tulsa Historical Buildings. As CEO of DevCol Group, he has the honor to be one of the youngest African American to design over 100 Burger Kings, Marriott hotels and other design projects such as Plazas and T-Mobiles across the U.S. all before the age of 30 years old. As a result of his positive trajectory, he recently received a call from Forbes informing him that he was selected and now currently serves as a member of the Forbes committee.
Troy took some wise advice from best-friend and business partner Rashida Fleming as she dominates the real estate market and invests his money based on the coaching provided from Rashida. Troy purchased his first property in Ponderosa Forest which was exactly two months prior to Hurricane Harvey. Troy was a victim and lost it all during Harvey. But Troy was also determined and motivated. Between Hurricane Harvey and end of 2017 Troy has managed to remodel his home, purchased seven others fix and flip some while holding the others as buy and holds for generational wealth based on his partner’s teachings. Troy has managed to make over 1 million dollars in real estate within 6 months and currently holds 2 million in assets as a whole with his partner Rashida Flemings which they’ve both decided to create TLMiG and teach others how to invest wisely and pass they’re already producing assets to their partners which nobody is currently doing.
Troy Rich is a part of the following organizations:
• National Home Builder Ass.
• Houzz
• AIA
• NOMA

RASHIDA FLEMING BIO
Rashida Fleming known as (Shi’e) is a West Indies Caribbean Blood Gal, born in Miami, FL she considers
herself one of the best Creative Real Estate Financial Strategist. Rashida is the only child and has a loving
mother that supports her with everything she has.
Rashida has attended Richland College for two years majoring in Business Management and Accounting and drop out because she didn’t feel fulfilled. She has worked in the banking industry for serval years but always new she was missing something in her life and decided to step out on faith. She decided to move to Henderson,
Nevada in 2005. Just a few months in Henderson she started working at a bank called Wachovia Bank and that’s when life change.
From working as a teller, opening new accounts and a loan processor she has created great relationships,
especially with a retired judge who decided to teach Rashida the value of investing in CDs at the time…
Rashida fell in love with the concept of investing and how money really worked, it becomes even more exciting
when a lady name Gwen adopted her as her play daughter because Rashida didn’t have any family in
Henderson, NV. Gwen has several rental properties and use to always talked about buying real estate.
Rashida eyes grew huge the more she knew the more she wanted to be a part of this industry. She moved back to Dallas in 2007 and started working at Countrywide & Dallas Central Appraisal District and learned about foreclosures, loan amortization, appraisals and much more. In 2008, she purchases her first tax lien in
Washington D.C. and started hitting the ground looking at other properties in TX. At the age of 23, she purchased her first home.
Rashida then decided to open a WBE Property Preservation Company back in 2010 and ran it in three different states, Texas, Ohio, and Nevada and became very successful at it, she was also certified to sell her services to the government as well. In the midst of running this company, she has attended Real Estate Investment College in Phoenix, AZ and was a student of the Top 1% Mega Partnering, one of the world’s wealthiest networking
organizations at the time. She has been an entrepreneur for over 12 years and had the pleasure to surround
herself with people like Zeke & Megan Zucaro, Stedman Graham, JT Foxx, Nido Qubein, Matt Elmer, Eric
Mattingly, Rob Miles, Nathaniel Dodson, (The Real Alliance) Steve Wozniak co-founder of Apple and many
more.
She is a part of Prosper Chamber of Commerce, TX and has helped over 30 families in pre-foreclosure and provided guidance in financial literacy she has done Fix and Flips, Subjects to’s, Short Sales, Wholesale, Owner finance deals and more. She also has her Certificate in Capital Investments Decision, Financial Management, and Financial Statements. She has opened up several businesses and has failed, I can truly say she had her share of the school of hard knocks. Just when things are looking up Rashida gave birth to a beautiful child that almost took both of their lives and the doctors had to put her into a comma. Being in this state she has lost everything but after recovery, it took faith, hard work, ambition and motivation to start over.
She invested straight into the fashion industry in which fashion is her second passion. She then started building
custom homes for banks and private clients in 2013 where she met her best friend and business partner Troy
Rich. Troy Rich was very successful in the Architecture industry but when these two creative minds and ideas got together it became epic. After working on several deals together and creating cash flows they have learned to manage their money the right way. In 2016, TLMiG was being created doing a search and buying properties is what they dedicated their time to. 2 Million dollars later in 2018 TLMiG was born.
Rashida wanted to make sure people understood financial literacy because she felt there was a lack of knowledge.
She notices people trying to fix and flip but not really understand how to. She notices people complaining about
other classes they took but not giving them the proper tools to use, so she created Seller’s Profit Buyer’s Market
Investment Firm, Inc. known as (SPBM). She teaches, consult and mentor each individual, families, groups,
businesses, etc. on how someone or business makes money, manages it, invest it and also expends it. Rashida decided to take it even further and change SPBM to a property management company and creating Financial Leadership Center with her business partner Troy Rich.

Their goal is to help thousands of people to understand finances on a whole other level.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Not getting discouraged. People not believing in you or supporting you. Every time we take a step forward, something happens and we have to take 2 to 3 steps back. The journey is not smooth we lost people who we think is friends and good business partnership in the process but without the bumps and bruises, we wouldn’t be able to achieve what we have today.
Please tell us more about what you do, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
