Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy Peterson.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Jeremy. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
It all started when I was in another industry. I was in the alarm selling business and I saw this young man locking up his office. By the time he made it to his car, a 2013 S550 which is my dream car, I was trying to sell him an alarm system.
While talking he explains how he paid cash for the car, and he also told me that he thinks I would be good in the business. He offered me, free classes, to learn, took advantage and five years later we are here!
First-year in the business I worked with a company called Tax Return Experts s/o to Rod Lee the owner for showing me the way. I did pretty well for my first year. I made 20,000k in 45 days part-time. It wasn’t until after year two I decided to go full time and 100% commit to the business.
Year three Ts Tax solutions LLC was founded with a staff with over seven people including myself.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It was definitely a tough road. Before I started my business I was coming out of a season when I lost everything all while being a single father. Eventually, it was too much for me. I was very disappointed in myself that things didn’t go as planned.
During the launch of my business, I had very little capital. I hustled as much as I could to help me with start-up costs for everything. I sold cable to help me with the recurring expense. After a while, that dried up so money was very limited. Imagine starting a business with little to no capital with no prior experience in running a Legitimate business. It was terrible. My Employees started to question if I actually knew what I was doing to run a successful company. With the grace of God, he allowed me to weather the storm and after our first year, we did six figures.
Shortly afterward our victory, I made an investment with another business that cost me $40k. Yes, forty thousand dollars. This was an interesting time in my life. I had a new life to care for and my new business venture was in shambles.
To God be the Glory. He showed up again and delivered me out of that season. Now I’m here. Business is going great. I have a great team. Leading the way with Dune Atam and Rodreika Woods. They have helped me grow my business tremendously.
Everything from this day forward will be dedicated to God and my Mom. May her Soul Rest In Peace. She passed away on July 5 this year. She wanted to work with me as the head receptionist. So everything will be dedicated to her and her memory!

My company is Called TS Tax Solutions LLC. The TS means Tax Savvy. We specialize in educating our clients in financing. We are much bigger than a tax preparation company. We offer credit restoration, life insurance, bookkeeping, and of course tax preparation. We pride ourselves on educating our clients. I would say I’m most proud of the way make educate our clients. I think that sets us apart besides the luxurious service and our office culture.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I would have develop a system and I would have only invested in my own business.
