Bryan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started working at Imark Fundraising 7 years ago and fell in love with the company and co-workers! Imark really cares about its employees and customers. Jay (the owner) has create a fun and exciting environment to work in!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Imark has been in business for over 33 years and 2008 took a really big toll on the company, as it did with most small businesses. We had to down size and work through some very tough challenges. The Imark team and ownership pulled together and I am proud to say we overcame those challenges!
Imark Fundraising – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Imark supplies products to the school fundraising industry. High schools, Middle schools, and Elementary schools run programs selling products to raise money for their school’s needs. Imark specializes in creating custom school mascot tumblers for schools in the DFW area to sell and raise money. We will laser engrave your schools logo and mascot on each tumbler! Schools have raised over 22 million dollars with imark and our tumbler program in the past 20 years!
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
What give me the most joy is seeing schools run our program and watching the success that it brings. Schools will send us pictures of new playgrounds, new band equipment, or new uniforms they were able to buy because of the money that was raised by selling our tumblers through the fundraising program!
