Today we’d like to introduce you to Catherine Wehba.
Catherine, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I became a Personal Trainer in 2013 and added Group Fitness Instructor shortly after. This career choice was one of the most pivotal decisions I have made in my life. I finally begin living a life of passionate love for people and was able to share my love for health with others. Not only did I want to share that passion on a physical level but I wanted to touch people on an emotional, spiritual, and mental level as well. I wanted to show people how much they are worth—and what they are worth is always so beyond what I can provide but I hope I can be the beginning of that understanding.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Personal Training or owning any business is never as smooth as you would hope when you begin. But I can confidently say that the bumps in the road are truly what gives my company and services the culture and texture that bring people back. It’s what gives TFU Training true value.
It’s not cookie cutter and people can feel that. They can feel when you fought for your business and they can see how much you value each client or customer who uses your services. I am always thankful for my ups but truly driven by the downs.
Please tell us about TFU Training.
I am a Personal Trainer who truly seeks to strengthen each client from inside out. I provide a variety of training and truly stand to serve each client’s wants and needs. I love people so much and I’m proud of my authentic and genuine approach to training clients. I truly see value in people and hope that I can get them to see how much value they have as well. My true passion is to inspire others to love the life they live and love the body they live it in.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would have started this journey sooner. I had no idea how far outside of my purpose I was living until I found this career path.
