Today we’d like to introduce you to Rosi Sanchez.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I grew up in Oak Cliff, Texas, an urban community in Dallas, Texas. I was raised by Mexican-Immigrants. I currently run and oversee social for an upcoming and brand, Beauty Bioscience and consult with my business Digital High Media for several clients. I fell into social media when I was interning for The Marcus Graham Project. I find it incredibly hard to believe that I am in an emerging industry like social media. I don’t believe its emerging I believe it is the heart of every business. Overseeing the social for a buzz brand has been exciting however having and starting my own business has been a dream come true.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has been extremely challenging. As a minority woman in the industry, it’s hard to receive the respect from clients and my peers. I have to constantly give 110% when others can away with 90%. Starting my own business in consulting has been rewarding but it has been a real struggle. You sacrifice your personal time and give any free minute of your day to your clients. Learning the logistics of the business, operations, and costs are a few of the major things you won’t even think of when you think of starting your own business. I have friends and family help and long nights are a standard. It’s just the beginning and I’m excited to be a part of the fastest growing digital space.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Digital High Media – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Digital High Media.
We are social media consultants and brand builders through social media.
I am a growth hacker and specialize in content creation. I like to call myself a digital storyteller.
I am most proud for even starting. Every day, I am proud for even just starting.
Passion sets me apart from others. Passion fuels me to give 100%.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Dallas is the Next Biggest Boom Town and has emerged as major immigrant hub and attracts newcomers seeking upward mobility and entrepreneurial opportunities.
I hate that many neighborhoods in Dallas are being gentrified. Including Oak Cliff. I also hate that Dallas is very segregated.
