Today we’d like to introduce you to Aleeha Staser.
Hi Aleeha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I started my journey with all things beauty early on. Ever since I was a kid, I would always steal my mom’s products and try them on. I didn’t care about using the proper products for my hair type or even shades that were NOT my skin tone; I just wanted to get creative. Being in competitive cheer, I was always makeup + hair ready. After I stopped cheering, I did a deep dive into the Beauty community on youtube. When I was in high school, I would always do my friends’ makeup and hair for all of the events. Homecoming, Prom, Senior Photos, etc. you name it! After high school, I was working in the restaurant industry where I met my first client. A coworker of mine, Kat, was always obsessed with my makeup, so whenever one of her friends got engaged, she connected us. The Bride, Jordan, had asked me to be her hair + makeup artist, and I was so honored. After working her wedding, I FELL IN LOVE! Later that night, I started doing research, launched what was ‘Makeup by Aleeha’ and eventually what grew into ‘Aleeha Artistry’ with a team of 6 talented artists! I have been full-time for almost 2 years now which I am so grateful for!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
So far, everything has been amazing! I have had some personal obstacles, but I have had great mentors along the way to always keep me encouraged and leading me down the proper path. Hair + Makeup artistry, like any other job, has its ups + downs, but I am truly blessed to call this my job!

My team and I offer studio + on-location hair + makeup for any occasion in your life. Whether it be for your wedding, special occasions, work events, galas, photoshoots, etc., we would love to glam you up and make you feel beautiful! From natural to glam and everything in between, we can bring your vision to life. The signature Aleeha Artistry glam is flawless skin and focusing on your eyes. We love doing all types of styles but definitely lean towards the sleek, classic, and glamorous style!
I would have to say I am most proud of how fast my company is growing + just getting to be a part of such special moments in my clients’ lives! I love bringing their vision to life and just watching them light up and feel confident!
I feel like what sets Aleeha Artistry apart is the experience we provide for our brides. We hold your hand the entire way to your special events. For example, we provide loads of information for our bride, including how to prepare for your trial, when to have your hair/nails/tan done by for your wedding, and so much more! I love learning about my bride’s love story and truly making them feel beautiful for such an important day!
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I know it sounds cliche, but my biggest piece of advice is don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and talk about your business! When I was first starting, I was messaging other makeup/hair artists in the area asking for their guidance. Find a mentor that you can truly learn from and ask LOADS of questions. I always take what I learn from others and adapt it to what works best for me.
