Hi Autumn, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve always been a creative person. Anything from making art, music to content creation. Comedy was something I always wanted to do, but where I’m from it’s not too many people who do that kind of thing. I bought my first car at 22 and I discovered Rose City Comedy in Tyler, Texas. It was 30 minutes from home so it was perfect at the time. The first night I went up they gave me 3 minutes ( I did a minute and a half lol). I told a joke about the reason I’m doing comedy was because I didn’t want to be a rapper lmao and I had everyone in that tiny room DEAD. I was the best feeling ever and I’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been the FARTHEST from it lmao. Especially from the area I’m from, it’s hard to get stage time, recognition, and to be taken seriously as a comic.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a comedian and content creator. The thing that sets me apart from others is that I’m consistent in everything I do. I give everything 100%
