Hi Avono, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up in Oakland, California, in a very musical family, so music was always a big part of my life. I started playing instruments at the age of three, which helped me develop a strong foundation and appreciation for music from an early age.
As I got older, I became interested in creating my own sound. By the age of 13, I had started producing and writing my own music, allowing me to combine my musical upbringing with my own creativity and artistic vision. Since then, I’ve continued to develop my craft as both a songwriter and producer, using music as a way to express myself and connect with others.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Growing up in Oakland, California, I was surrounded by a lot of challenges. There was a lot of violence, gang activity, and negative influences in the environment around me. At a young age, I understood that if I wanted a different future for myself and my family, I had to find a positive path and stay focused on something bigger than my circumstances.
Music became that path for me. It wasn’t just a hobby—it was an outlet and a form of therapy. It gave me a way to express the things I was seeing and experiencing every day. Through writing and producing music, I was able to tell my story, process my experiences, and turn difficult situations into something creative and meaningful.
There were plenty of obstacles along the way, but those struggles helped shape who I am as an artist. They gave me a deeper perspective and a stronger purpose. My goal has always been to use my music not only to share my journey, but also to inspire others who may be facing similar challenges to keep pushing forward and believe that there is a way to create a better future.

What sets me apart is my versatility. I’m an artist, producer, and engineer, and I honestly specialize in all three. I’ve spent years developing my skills across every part of the creative process, which allows me to bring a complete vision to life from start to finish.
I’m known for my ability to create in any environment and adapt to any situation. Whether it’s producing a record, writing a song, engineering a session, or helping shape the overall creative direction of a project, I know how to deliver at a high level. When people come to me, it’s because they trust that the job is going to get done the right way.
One of my biggest strengths is that I wear many hats. I can contribute creatively in multiple areas, including production, songwriting, recording, engineering, and creative direction. That flexibility allows me to understand projects from different perspectives and help artists bring out the best version of themselves.
I take a lot of pride in my consistency. My reputation has been built on delivering quality work and exceeding expectations. At the end of the day, I strive to be someone people can rely on whenever they need excellence, creativity, and results.

How do you define success?
I define success as getting it out the mud and grinding from the bottom all the way to the top. Success means being able to take care of my family, support my people, and create opportunities for those around me. It’s about turning hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance into something meaningful that impacts more than just myself.
