Hi Celine, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Yes I first started saving dogs years ago. We finally became non profit in 2015. It’s been a lot of ups and downs but finally 3 years ago we finally purchased our first home now on 3 acres. We also have several volunteers who come and help a wonderful lady who does all of our paperwork. We now have a website. I went from 3 to 4 adoptions a month to 15 to 16 a month. We slowly are getting to where I want to be. Only thing we still struggle w is funds for the animals. But I am proud of where we are today.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Struggles not every dog can be saved. We can try as hard as we can. Judgment from social media on if we did not do enough for the animal.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We also offer dog boarding to try and get funds in for the animals
What matters most to you? Why?
Being liked. I have a very low self esteem and my feeling do get hurt easily when people are so quick to judge
