Check Out Dr. Alexandra Perry, D.C.’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Alexandra Perry, D.C..

Hi Dr. Alexandra, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Alexandra Perry, and I am a Doctor of Chiropractic with a deep passion for the nervous system and a lifelong love for design. Over time, I realized that both worlds shared a common goal: influencing how people feel, think, and experience themselves. That realization led me to create THNKWELL, a brand built to merge intentional thought, nervous system awareness, and wearable design into one experience.

THNKWELL began by serving the chiropractic community in Dallas and quickly expanded across multiple campuses nationwide. What started as apparel for chiropractic students and doctors evolved into something much bigger. Today, our pieces are worn by individuals from all walks of life who may have never been connected to chiropractic, but deeply connect with the message behind the brand.

At its core, THNKWELL exists for intentional thinkers, people who want to move beyond survival mode, overcome limiting thought patterns and ego, and become more aware of the version of themselves they are capable of experiencing. Our merchandise acts as wearable reminders that influence not only the person wearing them, but also the environments and conversations around them.

We currently serve customers nationwide through our website, creating high-quality apparel and accessories designed to bring comfort, confidence, and intentionality into everyday life. What has made this journey so meaningful is seeing how a simple hoodie, tote bag, or phrase can create emotional connection, spark conversation, and remind people that the way they think has the power to shape the world they experience.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the biggest challenges I have faced throughout this journey has been realizing that entrepreneurship is deeply connected to personal and spiritual growth. Building THNKWELL required me to look inward just as much as outward. I had to learn that in order to genuinely connect with and serve others, I first needed to develop a deeper connection with myself.

This process pushed me to constantly revisit my “why” and become intentional about the energy, message, and experience I wanted the brand to create. I had to move beyond simply creating products and instead focus on building a community rooted in care, awareness, and authenticity.

Another challenge was learning how to lead from a heart-centered position while navigating the pressures and uncertainty that come with entrepreneurship. There were moments that required deep self-reflection, discipline, and trust in the vision, even when the outcome was unclear. Through those experiences, I realized that the stronger my connection became to my own purpose and values, the more meaningful the impact of THNKWELL became for the people we serve.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I currently work as a licensed chiropractor in the DFW area while also serving as the creator and CEO of THNKWELL, a brand that I am continuing to expand with the intention of building something that has both impact and longevity.

At the core of my work is connection. Whether through chiropractic care or through THNKWELL, my mission is to help people become more aware of themselves, their thoughts, and the role their nervous system plays in how they experience life. I am passionate about taking concepts surrounding the nervous system, healing, and intentional living and communicating them in a way that people can understand, apply, and recognize within themselves.

My work also involves a strong commitment to personal growth and self-awareness. I believe that in order to genuinely lead, serve, and inspire others, I must first continue pouring into myself. That means creating space for reflection, growth, and alignment so that what I give to others comes from a place of truth and authenticity.
