Check Out Dr. LaTanya Moore’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. LaTanya Moore.

Dr. LaTanya, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My story is interesting with lots of twist and turns. I stepped into Ministry Consulting unexpectedly after I had several visions and instructions from God about building systems and strategy for churches and personal ministries. I realized they were in the midst of expansion and needed to prepare for influx however, most did not have the infrastructure to sustain. I have a background in mental health as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a PhD in Organizational Leadership and God was using my gift prophetically as well. I started to talking to church leaders and marketplace leaders and the rest is history. I’ve been helping them build behind the scenes ever since. I thought I was going to be a therapist for the Panthers but God said, plot twist, you’re building ministries instead.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road as it has its highs and lows. One of the biggest struggles was building something that is indeed before it’s time. Sometimes, when you build before the solution is truly needed, it can be frustrating. I’ve realized that most clients don’t actually know what they need, so you have to make them problem aware and before you provide a solution.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
People come to me when they are in the “alley” of transition, in between building phases. I am a Ministry Consultant who specializes in helping Churches, Marketplace Ministers, and Kingdom Builders turn their calling into clear systems, strategy and structure. I specialize in helping churches with growth and transition strategies. I also specialize in helping individual ministries with messaging, monetizing, and marketing via content. I’m known for my corporate yet Holy Spirit led high level Kingdom strategy. I’m also known for my ministry and nonprofit foundation work, Red Suit Foundation. I’m most proud of the transformation I see, quickly, in those I serve. I’m also proud the events I get to host, UNRESTRICTED Conference, that lead people to the next level they desire every August. My ability to piece every part of the puzzle together while zoning out to see the entire vision sets me apart. I’m an architect and a builder at the same time.
