Check Out Jeremiah Flores’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremiah Flores.

Hi Jeremiah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Sure thing! My name is Jeremiah Flores, and I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I am the Vice President of CM3 Construction Group, a general contractor that provides services nationwide. I started in the construction industry at a young age and quickly developed a passion for building projects and solving problems. Over the past decade, I’ve worked my way through nearly every aspect of construction operations, estimating, project management, field operations, client relations, and business development.

Outside of work I am a husband and a father to a three year old son named Mateo. Both of my experience personally and professionally have taught me that leadership is about building trust, supporting the people around you, and creating an environment where others can succeed. For success comes from continuous learning and the will to take on the next challenge.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like many others in construction and business, I’ve faced my share of challenges along the way. Early in my career I had to learn quickly and prove myself through hard work and consistency. There were long days, difficult projects, tight deadlines, and the pressure of everyday life.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is balancing professional growth with personal responsibilities like being committed to my career while also being present as a husband and father. What I have learned is constant effort and prioritization are just one piece of the puzzle. There is also the need for resilience, patience, and the focus for longterm goals.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am the Vice President of CM3 Construction Group, where I oversee all parts of the business, from accounting, field operations and strategic growth. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is that no two days are the same. Whether it’s problem solving, supporting our team, or working directly with clients. I’m involved in helping move projects from concept to completion.

While I specialize in operations and project execution, I’m known for being someone who is willing to step in wherever needed to help ensure a successful outcome. I believe that understanding both the big picture and the day-to-day detail is critical to deliver quality results.

What I’m most proud of is the growth we’ve achieved as a company and the relationships we’ve built along the way. Construction is a people business, and seeing repeat clients return to us, watching team members develop in their careers, and knowing we’ve played a role in building projects that impact communities is incredibly rewarding.

What sets CM3 apart is we emphasis relationships and communication. Construction projects are often complex and fast paced. We believe clients deserve transparency, responsiveness, and honest solutions when challenges arise. As a growing company, we’re large enough to handle significant projects while remaining agile to provide personalized attention that is often difficult to find with others.

Our goal at CM3 is to become a trusted partner that clients can rely on for years to come.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something that may surprise people is that despite what I’ve accomplished, I still see myself as an ordinary person. I am grateful for the support from family and friends and the opportunities that have come.

I always remind my self to stay humble and remember where I’ve started. And to always learn from my mistakes and work hard every day to provide for my family and build something meaningful.
