Hi Ariel, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My financial journey began in 2015, navigating the world of investments and insurance. But I soon discovered my passion for empowering people through strategic tax planning. For nearly a decade, I’ve helped clients save thousands, escape debt, and build financial stability. I’m obsessed with mastering tax law and finding innovative solutions. My mission is to guide clients toward financial peace of mind.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’ve always loved numbers, but my background was in retail, far from finance. Starting my own financial business was scary. I had a lot of self-doubt and it was tough making those first cold calls.
I spent a lot of time learning about finance and taxes to catch up. Even though I was learning, I still felt like I didn’t belong. Networking events were hard. Everyone seemed so confident and knowledgeable, while I felt lost and out of place.
Getting rejected by potential clients was tough. Every “no” made me doubt myself. Sometimes I felt lonely and the financial pressure was really stressful. But I was determined to keep going because I knew I could help people.
