Community Highlights: Meet Brion Dillard of BRISERVESLOOKS/Bristyles.co

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brion Dillard.

Hi Brion, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey in the creative and fashion space began long before I had the language to define it. As a child, I was deeply influenced by my mother, who showed me the importance of presenting yourself with intention—waking up each day and being dressed to the T. That mindset stayed with me. Creativity also runs through my family. Both of my grandmothers were artists in their own right—whether it was crafting, sculpting, or sewing their own garments. It’s truly in my DNA.

My presence online developed naturally over time. It traces back to the early days of Snapchat, when my friends and I would document our everyday lives—traveling, having real and unfiltered conversations, and putting together outfits. Looking back, it makes perfect sense that I’ve arrived where I am today. These are things I’ve been doing for years; now, there’s simply a title attached to it—“content creator” or “social influencer.”

I wear many hats—but at the core, they all speak to the same passion. I’m a content creator, custom apparel business owner, graphic designer, style consultant, and creative director. And of course, I’m the “Get Ready With Me—let’s go” guy. I embrace every role with pride because I genuinely love pushing my creativity to its fullest potential.

That same passion is what led me to recently release my Style Roadmap—a guide designed to help people stop guessing and start approaching their style with clarity, confidence, and intention. It’s not just about clothes—it’s about understanding yourself, refining your presence, and moving through the world with purpose.

“To me, style is a language—one that should be spoken with clarity, intention, and a sense of self. The Style Roadmap is an invitation to refine that language, to move with quiet confidence, and to embody a level of presence that feels both elevated and entirely your own.”

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Nothing about this journey has been smooth or easy. I’m human—and as a creative, my mind is constantly moving, always thinking, always building. Learning how to manage that, while also navigating moments of doubt –questioning whether my efforts are enough, or if my audience will truly connect with what I create is an ongoing process. It’s something I face more often than people may realize.

What grounds me is faith, discipline, and intention. Prayer and daily affirmations help center my thoughts and bring me back to a more positive, focused place. I remind myself that the talents I’ve been given are not by accident—and that what I create will reach exactly who it’s meant to reach.

I’ve also learned the importance of environment. Surrounding myself with motivated, like-minded, and genuinely positive people has made the journey not only more rewarding, but more sustainable. And above all, having a mother who believes in me wholeheartedly—that kind of support is a different kind of fuel. It keeps me grounded, driven, and committed to continuing forward, regardless of the challenges.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
BriStyles is built as more than a fashion brand—it’s a structured pathway for people to develop confidence through style and creativity. Everything begins with connection through content, where I share real, everyday moments and intentional outfit building. From there, I guide my audience into understanding style on a deeper level through my Style Roadmap, which provides clarity and direction instead of guesswork. Beyond that, I work with individuals and businesses through content creation, graphic design, and creative direction—helping them visually communicate their brand with intention. I also teach content editing and creation, equipping others with the tools and confidence to show up consistently and build their own platforms. The apparel then becomes an extension of that mindset—pieces that reflect confidence and self-expression. At its core, everything I do is about moving people from inspiration to transformation, using style and creativity as the foundation.

I’m most proud that I haven’t given on the brand or the vision!

How do you define success?
I define success as having the freedom/autonomy to do what you want. I work towards this daily!
