Community Highlights: Meet Brooke Triplett of She Sells with Brooke

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brooke Triplett.

Hi Brooke, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my career as a primary school teacher and spent almost 10 years in the education system. On paper, everything looked “safe” and stable, but deep down I knew I wanted more freedom, more impact, and more control over my life and future.

I came across the world of remote sales and completely fell in love with the psychology, communication, and transformation that happens through sales. I started learning everything I could, took a leap into the online space, and eventually transitioned out of teaching into high-ticket sales.

Since then, I’ve generated millions in sales online, built an 8 figure women’s sales training company called She Sells, and helped thousands of women step into remote sales careers and create more financial, time, and location freedom for themselves.

What started as me wanting a different life for myself has now become a much bigger mission, helping women realise they are capable of far more than they’ve been led to believe.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not. There have been so many incredible moments, but also a lot of challenges behind the scenes that people don’t always see online.

Leaving teaching was terrifying because I was walking away from something stable into something completely unknown. I had to learn how to back myself before I really had proof that it would work. There were moments of self-doubt, fear, criticism from other people, and a lot of pressure that came with building something publicly.

As the business grew, the challenges changed too. Managing a team, leading a large community, handling criticism online, making difficult decisions, and carrying the responsibility of helping change people’s lives can feel really heavy at times.

I’ve also had to navigate comparison, burnout, being copied online, and the emotional side of leadership, especially as a woman building in a very loud online space.

But honestly, every challenge has forced me to grow. I think one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that confidence doesn’t come first. You build it through action, through backing yourself, and through continuing even when things feel uncertain.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’m the founder of She Sells, a women’s sales training company focused on helping women develop high-income remote sales skills and create more freedom in their lives through online opportunities.

At our core, we teach communication, sales psychology, confidence, leadership, and emotional intelligence. While we train women in remote sales, what we really do is help women back themselves, use their voice, and step into a level of confidence they may never have experienced before.

One of the things that sets She Sells apart is that we don’t teach old-school, pushy sales tactics. We focus heavily on authentic human connection, understanding psychology, emotional intelligence, and learning how to lead conversations with certainty and integrity. A lot of women come into our world believing they could “never do sales,” and leave realising they were actually built for it.

We’re also incredibly community-driven. The women inside She Sells support each other deeply, and that sense of belonging and empowerment has become one of the most special parts of the brand.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that She Sells has become more than just a training company. It’s become a movement for women who want more, more freedom, more confidence, more income, more ownership over their lives. We’ve helped women leave jobs they hated, create flexible careers, work remotely around their families, and completely shift the way they see themselves.

What I’d love people to know is that She Sells is not just about making money online. It’s about helping women realise they are capable of far more than they’ve been conditioned to believe.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is freedom, family, impact, and helping women realise their potential.

I’m a mum, and a huge part of why I started this journey was because I wanted more freedom with my family. I wanted to be present. I wanted flexibility. I wanted to create a life where I didn’t feel like I had to choose between success and being there for the people I love most.

Freedom was one of the biggest drivers for me in the beginning, freedom over my time, location, income, and the way I lived my life. But as the business has grown, impact has become even more important to me.

Watching women completely transform their confidence, leave environments that no longer serve them, back themselves financially, and step into leadership is honestly one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

I also care deeply about authenticity. I think so many people feel pressure to fit into a version of success that doesn’t actually feel true to them. One of the things I’m most passionate about is showing women that they do not need to become someone else to be successful. They can build success in a way that feels authentic, powerful, and aligned with who they are.

At the end of the day, I want the work we do at She Sells to help women feel more free, financially, emotionally, personally, and in the way they experience life with the people they love.
